Additionally, it should refer to PPP.doc which is also in the FAQ directory. In a previous post, you mention that to recompile the kernel you'd need (at least) the kernel distribution. Am I missing something, or is there no way to get the kernel sources without first installing the complete source distribution? (requiring an additional 120 MB or free disk space) Would it be possible to create a separate kernel distribution? Could the install program give a choice to install one of several pre-built kernels? (one which would include PPP support) Otherwise, it appears to be impossible to get PPP running on a 100 MB FreeBSD partition.
