If there is, I couldn't find it. (I found the program that
generates that menu, but it couldn't find some needed files.)
If you look in the `manpages' distribution directory, there's
a shell script called `extract.sh'. cd to that directory,
and type `extract.sh' and it will install it all for you.
Similarly for all of the other standard distributions.
(The only trick is if you're installing the XFree86 distribution
from a DOS partition. The filenames in `extract.sh' won't
be right.)
