I had a copy once. Check the nearest Linux archives. MGR's been ported and maintained on Linux for a while now. The Linux version is somewhat newer than the Bellcore version and has support for some PC graphics cards. I've been meaning to port it to BSD, but I find it much easier to simply turn off the PC display and use my Mac as a Unix front-end over ThinLAN.
