The 4.4 manual set from O'Reilly (which I got from my in-laws for
Christmas :) is a pretty complete set.  It's not 100% of everything
since we've upgraded some utilities and some of the utilities have been
added, but for 95% of the folks it is enough documentation for everything
you'll need aside from writing kernel code and/or drivers.
