Has anyone ported Gnu Emacs 19.28? If so are you having problems with
it? I got a copy from prep.ai.mit.edu and it compiled straight out of
the box but it has trouble with syscons console driver in FBSD 2.0.
Specifically it seems to have trouble going to the first column on the
display when it goes to erase the minibuffer. Interestingly this
problem only appears when I set TERM=cons25 so I think that the
TERMCAP entry for cons25 my be hosed. If this is the case I can fix it
but I need to know how to recompile the termcap.db file from my
modified termcap file.
