Date: Wed, 04 Jan 1995 01:03:34 -0800 Organization: JPL Lines: 10 Message-ID: <hsingnan-0401950103340001@128.149.29.115> NNTP-Posting-Host: dhc-mac.jpl.nasa.gov I am considering using FreeBSD 2.0 as an NFS server for some light-duty shared database applications. Does the FreeBSD 2.0 implementation of NFS properly handle file/record locking with NLM/rpc.lockd? A little while back I would have thought the answer is "of course", but since then I've been bitten... Thanx in advance. Dan Chang
