I tried emailing you directly, but it bounced. Something about "no such user".

Anyhow... to answer your question, here in Pac*Smell (SoCal) the rate is $1,000
for the installation, $100.10 for the first 6 miles, and a mileage charge
beyond that. I've ordered circuits from GTE also, their installation rate is a
bit higher, $1,240. Monthly fees are similar though.
