Keywords: specifications, real time, threads, 1003.4, 1003.13

POSIX compliance is becoming increasingly important, but what does it take
to actually _BE_ compliant? What are the specs?

I am particularly interested in 1003.3 - real time, and 1003.13 - threads
(I think that's the right number for threads.)

Thanks
