This isn't possible, because Linux can't mount BSD's partitions and vice versa (or has someone ported Linux fs to BSD ... ?). So you had to use a fs type, that is supported by both OS: DOS ;-) But that's possibly not what you want (performance aspects and limited file names -8.3-).
