I'm installing from a UFS partition, and when I input the partition it says: /usr/distrib/2.0-941222-SNAP/"bindist" not found (or something along those lines). I had to create symbolic links in the directory so that "bindist" pointed to bindist, and "manpages" pointed to manpages, yata, yata, yata... This isn't as bad as the previous v2.0 release where you had to have a symbolic link pointing to the directory above it: bindist -> .. but is still annoying... ;-) Also, I really liked the menu driven fdisk/disklabel, but noticed that the partitions created gave me warnings if I did a "disklabel /dev/rsd0d" or "disklabel /dev/rsd1d" to take a look at them. Stuff like cylinders beginning/ending being the same: e: cyl: 150-200* f: cyl: 200-250 (simplistic example of course ;-). I'm not really up on BSD disklabel et. el., but it scares me when I see overlap. The previous versions where you had to input the cylinders beginning and ending seemed more "controllable", but not as easy (had to break out the calculator). Are my HDs doomed when the overlap is used? (sorry if I'm missing something, but, again, BSD disk partitioning is still fairly new to me). Thanks for any/all sugguestions!
