You can look on sipb.mit.edu:/pub/netbsd

There are some precompiled packages in packages/i386/, XView is
among them. For a smooth way of installing, look at the package tools in the
tools/ subdir (these are the package tools, taken from FreeBSD and modified &
improved by John Kohl, who also put up these packages for ftp).
