Here are a few places to check. They have actually had it working since
for about a year or so (that I can remember, might have been 2 years ago
that I started following it. being in school all the time over the last 4
years has kinda run together :-)...

They have slowly but surely getting it to more and more platforms, but the
powerPC I think is on the very, very back burner, if on one at all...
They are currently working on the '40 support, it works on various '30s
(IIx IIcx etc) and '20 w/PMMU (II)...
There is a text in the .../doc that tells all the platforms and how well it
is working with them so check this out and it'll tell you all you really
need to know...

5. How can I get it?

FTP anonymously to one of the following sites:

  sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu:/pub/NetBSD/mac
  kasey.umkc.edu:/pub/MacBSD
  hulk.sfsu.edu:/pub/MacBSD.ALPHA
  agate.berkeley.edu:/pub/NetBSD/mac
ftp.ccs.neu.edu:/pub/net-archives/macbsd (may not be the latest version)
  ftp.cs.tu-berlin.de:/pub/mac/unix/MacBSD (130.149.17.7) (for European users)
  gatekeeper.dec.com:/.0/BSD/NetBSD/mac
  rs3.hrz.th-darmstadt.de:/pub/os/NetBSD/mac
  hplyot.obspm.circe.fr:/mac/mirrors/MacBSD
  f.ms.uky.edu:/pub2/NetBSD/mac
  ftp.germany.eu.net:/pub/comp/i386/NetBSD/mac

Make sure to read the file README. A new installation manual is in the works.

------------
the docs for getting it going are not all that great, so be prepared to
know quite abit about UNIX or hope you do alot of really good guessing...

hope this helps...
