I use a Microsoft PS/2 busmouse.  I'm assuming that your mouse is similar.
If it isn't, all bets are off.

You need to recompile the kernel with a line like:

device psm0 at isa? port "IO_KBD" tty irq 12 vector psmintr

also, you'll need:

options		ALLOW_CONFLICT_IOADDR

since the ps/2 mouse usses the same io address as the keyboard.

use "config" to make your kernel, then make depend, make, install, and you're
off.
