I'm having two wee problems with 386bsd.

1: I can't get my ne1000 cards to work. Upon booting 386bsd sees
the cards but reports the wrong ethernet address. It skips every
other byte of the cards address. Has any one got ethernet running
with ne1000 cards? All help gratefully received.

2: This is probalby an FAQ but I've only found the unofficial one
and it not in there. What are the major and minor numbers required
to allow me to create a /dev/lp device equivelent to lpt1?

TIA Pete
