I frequently used an old command that I assume was in Netbsd 0.9 and 0.8 
called swapinfo.  Which was nice because it gave me an idea of how badly 
my swap was being used up.   I upgraded to netbsd 1.0 and poof..  Its not 
there anymore..   Why not?
