I've seen somthing called smbfs version 0.3 based on userfs ... but I'm not
counting that one yet.
I wouldn't currently count on that, either. (I think I should know...)
smbfs does not work with current kernels, and I do not have the
time for wild hacking. I can work on it mid of february. So you
might look out for new versions in march. I hope Linus called his
kernel 1.2 until then to have a reasonably stable base. (stable
in terms of release frequency)
