It looks (froma gdb trace) like the final RIP calls are being made from XPending() and getting stuck on a select() call somewhere deep. The application is the netrek paradise binary. This lockup occurs both with a native (netbsd-current) binary and with a remote display from an SGI (irix 5.2). I can provide a netbsd binary. Other binaries are available via ftp. Contact me with email if you're interested or have seen similar problems. -- The Wailer at the Gates of Dawn | banshee@resort.com | Just who ARE you calling a FROOFROO Head? | | DoD#0667 "Just a friend of the beast." | http://resort.com/~banshee/ | 2,3,5,7,13,17,19,31,61,89,107,127,521,607....| |
