I've had 128kbps for 7 months now.. and at only $70/US including all taxes (the FCC has a rather large tax on ISDN for some reason). That's dirt cheap for high speed transmission over normal phone lines and with the ability to add and subtract channels on demand to meet your bandwidth needs, etc. Deployment around the rest of Texas is in progress.
