Well, for whatever it's worth, I've got a 340MB Seagate (an ST3390N) that's given me absolutely no problems in a bit over a year of use. In the end, this is all a statistical game with insufficient data for the buyer, unfortunately; the sample sizes and response bias in self-reports like these make the data of limited utility, though it's all most people have. -- --Rod Smith RSMITH@PSYCH.COLORADO.EDU
