	Here in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada we have at least 12 ISPs!!  I suppose
that is because we are mainly a computer / government town.
	Most places charge around $25/month for about 50 hours of SLIP/PPP 
service.  (I get 100 hours for $25/month from my provider though! :-)

	On the other tentacle, we have cold snowy winters, hot summers, and
*NO* smog :-) (as well as very little crime!)
