It was working in FreeBSD 2.1-current before the great VM/buffer cache
unification with the caveat that you were able to mount/use only one
partition at a given time. John Dyson said that the VM changes broke LFS
but I've not tested it yet. I don't have enough disk space to donate a
partition to LFS just now...
