Date: 3 Feb 1995 22:03:30 GMT Organization: San Diego State University, College of Sciences Lines: 13 Message-ID: <3gu97j$1s2@pandora.sdsu.edu> NNTP-Posting-Host: saturn.sdsu.edu X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] I want to login through a terminal server and telnet into a FreeBSD machine and run a SLIP or PPP server on it for that connection (ie. through stdin/stdout). Assuming I can turn off all the telnet escape characters for the terminal server, can I get a SLIP/PPP connection this way? Do I need to do anything special for the telnet daemon or the PPP or SLIP server programs, or will it just work? Thanks. Larry
