I have done the following: arp -s windows-hostname unix-machine-ethernet-address public, And arp -a does show a "public" "proxy only" listing for the windows machine. However I cannot ping two any machines other that the one I am connected into. Any help or pointer on where to look is appreciated. Terry tpr@pics.com
