Under DOS/Windows, the printer doesn't use interrupts, so assigning IRQ7 (standard IRQ for parallel ports) shouldn't cause any conflicts. Under OS/2, NT and Unix/Linux/etc it would seem you have a problem. Can't you change the IRQs on the PAS to be 5 and 10 or 11 ? Also, I guess you have to change an environment variable or some parameters when loading the PAS drivers in your config.sys or autoexec.bat or whatever, if you change the IRQ jumpers on the PAS board.
