Or will I in reality need something like a 170MB? Depending on what you call usable, you may be able to squeeze into a 60mb drive - I wouldn't consider it usable though. Your basic minimum system needs: 15mb root partition (/) 16mb swap partition (for 8mb ram, 32mb for 16mb ram) - to be comfortable 100mb usr partition (/usr) I wouldn't recommend going smaller than this, unless you plan using the system as a basic router or X term or something...
