Date: 17 Feb 1995 04:39:19 GMT Organization: Internet Online Services Lines: 25 Message-ID: <3i199n$9op@ankh.iia.org> NNTP-Posting-Host: haven.ios.com X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Hi folx , I'm posting this is under separate subj., although this relates to my former posting about getting out of space at root filesystem ( / ). It looks like every time one runs pwd_mkdb there 3 unreferenced inodes left at / , which finally will consume all the space at / . One is probably copy of pwd.db or spwd.db , and another is the copy of the master.passwd ... Really weird stuff ( after all this is user process , not kernel related stuff ? ? ). After running fsck at '/' device the unref. inodes will be clea- ned out and the / will return to its normal state . SNAP 021095 , P90 SCSI/PCI Any clue ? -- ==== SY RK
