Does it work? Date: 20 Feb 1995 05:53:46 GMT Organization: University of California, Santa Barbara Lines: 19 Message-ID: <3i9apa$h72@ucsbuxb.ucsb.edu> NNTP-Posting-Host: beauty.mcl.ucsb.edu I was able to get 1.1.5.1 to work just fine with os-bs, but am having a helluva hard time getting 2.0 to install. It boots and says "error loading operation system." I remember getting similar problems w/ 1.1.5.1, but I fiddle with the cylinders, secors, etc. but those numbers don't work w/ 2.0 since it won't allow more than 256 sectors. What should I do? BTW, I have a gig hard drive w/ about 600 megs worth of dos shit so I can't just wipe it out and put BSD on the first partition now. Even that never worked before.. I hope someone can help me.. Thanx.. Loren loren@mcl.mcl.ucsb.edu -- Loren Daniel Koss | "I see no escape from the roads we always paved, Micro Systems Group | What do we have to prove on this judgement day?"
