I've been fooling with using a single ethernet interface on a FreeBSD
(950112-SNAP) machine but, whilst I can set a netmask for the primary address on
that interface, I haven't yet been able to figure how to set a distinct netmask
(or any mask for that matter) on the alias addresses.

I have two distinct (and non-contiguous) class C nets which I would like to
subnet. Can I define these parameters at system startup or can I install them
with a suitable gated 3.5 config file (or either :-)) ?
