Greetings,

Has anyone got mpeg_play(1) working with MIT-SHM extension turned on?

I was able to successfully turn SHMEM extentions working on FreeBSD,
thanks to Lawrence E. Freil <lef@woods.com> for his suggestion. He
shared his experience in NetBSD that he had to actually remove all the
existing object files before rebuilding a kernel for the extension to
take effect.

Now that my xdpyinfo(1) tells MIT-SHM is on, but my mpeg_play(1) for
some reason fails to shmget(2) and falls back to no-SHM mode.

Has anyone seen this / got the program working? Thanks!

Regards,
junichi
