Yes there is. It should be available from ftp.netbsd.org,
ftp.freebas.com (???), ftp.iastate.edu, and rtfm.mit.edu.

Yes.

I try, anyway.

There should be a new one coming through tomorrow night (the 25th). I
am working on it this afternoon and should be getting it ready to go
tomorrow. Sometime in the near future, I will be chopping the FAQ up
and reorganizing it. I'm not sure how yet, but I will be reorganizing
it.

The straw that broke the camel's back was the recent discussion about
the 'magic' number 32 in the MSDOS track computations. It is discussed
in two different places in the FAQ, but correctly caveated as 'or the
number of sectors per track' in one of them.
