Ok, I am making vidcontrol load koi8 font. I can now read the cyrillic
text with vi. Now here are the problems.
* How do I type in the cyrillic character (with code greater then 127)?
* A friend of mine, who knows the answer for the questions above for
his machine, logs into mine and we are trying to talk in Russian --
he sees whatever he types as a cyrillic text. I see that as a set
of Latin (English) characters that correspond to what he types. How
to turn off such a translation?
