Same thing. Add H-P Vectra P90 XU with IDE and PCI SCSI-II to the list. I wasn't all that concerned about the SCSI-II at INSTALL but the IDE shows the same symptoms described below....INSTALL is dead meat. System won't boot from the hard disk...not FreeBSD, not DOS.
