Is it the DC-600/6150 Size cartridge, or the DC-2000 minicartridge?

The Full Size carts use the wt0 device.

The Mini carts use the ft0 device.

There should be man pages for at least the ft driver.  The wt driver is
as old as the hills (to match the innovational level of the wt drives).
