We don't speak about 55 mph, but something like 130 km/h (still 1.5
times).  Still enough to drive to hell, but should reduce the current
excellent mortal rate to 50 % or less.  Ok, i realize that you
Americans don't really need high-speed racing highways for this, since
you've got guns. >:-)

Btw., Danmark has the lowest speed limit in (at least, Western) Europe
(110 km/h), and they drive *a lot* friendlier there!
