I've just installed FreeBSD 2.0 on my PC at home (DX2-66, 8Mb RAM, 500Mb IDE Drive [200 for BSD/300 DOS], etc etc).. I'm really impressed with the system and think the team has done a great job... thanks. I found the installation instructions pretty good, although I didn't seem to be able to get the boot menu working right.. no matter now since I'm installing BootEasy later today :>. I've generally found everything easy to install.. although some better help on setting up devices (mouse, modem in particular) wouldn't have gone astray. Most of my questions have been answered by reading the installation docs and Dave's FAQ.. perhaps this should be included with the MAN distribution? and by reading the news articles here. Does anyone know of other FreeBSD users in New Zealand? I'd been keen to get in contact.. Keep up the good work and God bless... Nij
