The line should read: something niftier than *screen*. As for a minimal X configuration, I`m not sure how much, or rather how little, disk space and resources this can be squeezed down to. Perhaps it can be reduced to acceptable sizes. But for absolute minimalists, MGR should be the choice. If someone can give me some hints for portation, I might as well give it a shot. //thomas
