Look at CAP (Columbia AppleTalk Package, I think) for the first part of your question. For the second, there are several commercial NFS packages; I've used NFS/Share from InterCon. It's around $295 list, but I've seen it around $249 in catalogs. You can ftp a timebombed full demo copy from ftp.intercon.com.
