Have you tried getting
ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/src/* ?
That's a snapshot of the current sources...  To get the incremental
changes since the time that those were made (usually the tar files are
no more than a week or so old), you can use the sup utility.
