Is there any hope of getting nn to work with ncurses? I use a terminfo
database, not termcap, with embedded color codes for ANSI emulation. No
matter what options I set, nn does not correctly create screens using the
ncurses library. There seems to be no cursor control, and all of the lines
run together. (After a lot of work I got elm to work with ncurses, and found
a few bugs in ncurses.)
