My reading of the various FAQs, etc. and the existence of /dev/sbcd0a
lead me to believe that I should be able to get my Sound Blaster
attached CD-ROM player to work. I've looked through my kernel config
file and built a new one specific to my system to no avail. The sound
card itself appears to be found during boot. However, when I try to
mount or mount_cd9660 /dev/sbcd0a I get "Device not configured". So I
have two questions:

1) What magic incantation do I need to put in the kernel config file?
2) How do I test that indeed my sound card is working?

I am using FreeBSD 2.0 as downloaded from
ftp.cdrom.com:/pub/FreeBSD/2.0-RELEASE

Advance thanx,
-j
