when it crashes in single user mode with change directories it just hangs.
In multiuser you can't enter commands - by the time you get a prompt it's
hung.
The minishell seems to work without errors.

what configuration info are you interested in/need? 
	It's on a apple talk network.
	It has an ether net card that's not in use. 
	
what else do I need to tell you?
