I own the O'Reilly CD-ROM Companion, with the BSD-Lite documentation on disk. 
It resides in 4.4BSD-Lite/usr/src/doc/...  I'd like to figure out a way to
install this in some readable form (other than man pages) to my hard drive, or
even better to dump the formatted text to a printer.  I'm a newcomer to BSD and
unix, and this is a sort of Catch-22.  I need the manuals to figure out how to
print the manuals!

Suggestions appreciated, here and/or via e-mail.
