Well, you're operations with dialin or dialout lines, connecting via uucp or any IP-Protocol ? Then you'll get this message after loosing an character over this serial connection. Because of the error corrections of the TCP/IP-Protocols and the UUCP protocoll you'll not register this error at real work.
