[0]xcdplayer, cda, and xmcd appear to only handle scsi cdroms on FreeBSD.
[0]I have a Panasonic 562 CDROM, which is not a SCSI, and uses the matcd driver.
[0]Do you know of any source code for a program

[0]FreeBSD?

cdplayer and xcd are the only ones I know of that use the standard
CD-ROM audio ioctls rather than trying to write scsi commands directly
to the hardware. cdplayer and (I am told) xcd work fine with the
matcd devices. I used cdplayer during development of the matcd driver.
