Date: 12 May 1995 20:38:27 GMT Organization: University of California, Santa Cruz Lines: 12 Message-ID: <3p0h03$1rd@darkstar.UCSC.EDU> NNTP-Posting-Host: am.ucsc.edu Hi, I have the FreeBSD CDROM release 2.0 and I just installed a Promise 2300+ E-IDE card with a WD 850 MB E-IDE drive. It doesn't seem to properly initialize the disks. Does 2.0 have the right drivers to accomodate E-IDE? The system works under DOS and I had 2.0 running prior to this. Anybody have an answer? -- Chris
