Ore more accurately, it generates different values on a 32-bit architecture than on a 64-bit, and none of the juggling I have tried has seemed to help. I spoke with the author, and he came to the same conclusion - but didn't not have the time or resources to solve the problem. If anyone out there has gotten a compatible build of MD5 on a DEC alpha, please let me know what to change.
