Keywords: RS-486 X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Hi all, Can anybody point me to information about RS-485 interfaces? I've run across the offer of "RS-485 Interface $50 extra" on a process controller, and would like to know what it is and how to let FreeBSD talk to it. Archie seems to draw a blank, and I don't know which comp.dcom.* group is appropriate. Thanks! bob
