I heard a lot about FreeBSD and NetBSD and Lite. Could any one tell me about the different between this four. I also very intereted in Mach kernel. I've been told Lite will run on Mach kernel and it is binary compatible with Linux. Is that true? Could anyone tell me what Linux based on (SRV5 or BSD or just itself). Is NetBSD support multithread? I just want to have a better Unix. Every commerical OS go to multithread. I hope I could got a free one soon. I appreciate any information. Tai
