I managed to get all this running with a bit of effort. I have a single line 
that I can dial into or out of for normal remote access and I can also dial in
using CSLIP. That required setting up a login name (I used slip) that brings
up slip.  I can probably provide you with examples of the various config.
entries I used. Let me know. (Or I will post if more people are interested.)
