Hi everyone,

I have just setup BSDI Unix on my system. I happened to get a very
interesting problem. When my fellow users tried to change their
password using the passwd command, the following error message show
up :

passwd changed elsewhere, passwd database unchanged

However if I login as root, I have no problem changing their password
using the passwd command.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem with my setup ?
Urgently need HELP !!!

Neo
